I'm using the poem "Lament of Victims of Genocide" from your website in a university paper. In order to use it I must cite it and I need the following information about your website.

I need the year, month, and day that your website was made and the same for when that poem was posted...any help would be great!

My website, "Orwell Today" first appeared on the world wide web on March 2, 2001 (but was registered as a domain on June 7, 2000).

Coincidently (godcidently) and unbeknownst to me at the time, Orwell's book "1984" was published on June 8, 1949.

So our creations (the book and the website based on the book) ALMOST share the exact same birthday (only 51 years apart).

That poem, "Laments of Victims of Genocide" was first posted on "Orwell Today" on August 25, 2006 at the bottom of the article about the MURAMBI MASSACRE MEMORIAL.
