Dear Jackie Jura,
You website has been so helpful! I'm a senior in highschool attempting to write a literary analysis on 1984 . I would greatly appreciate it if you would help me in citing your website by MLA citation rules.
Thanks!
Lindsay
Greetings Lindsay
When crediting my website for Modern Language Association (MLA) rules you should use my name first; then the name of the article; then the name of my website; then the link address of the specific article.
For example, if you were using my article about how the powers-that-be are phasing out food you would cite it this way:
Jura, Jackie. "Take Not Our Daily Bread". website "Orwell Today". www.orwelltoday.com/bread.shtml
Or if you are crediting the website in general, then cite:
Jura, Jackie. "Orwell Today" website. published on internet 2001 to present. www.orwelltoday.com
All the best,
Jackie Jura
