Magic Bullet

JFK REALITY NOT A GAME

The USA government says one man fired three bullets -
the second one missed and hit a curb, the third one hit JFK in the back of the head
and the first one
entered JFK's back;
exited from his throat;
entered Connally's back;
exited his chest near the right nipple;
went through his right wrist shattering the radius bone;
entered his left leg embedding itself in his thigh bone,
then dropped out later,
in pristine condition,
on his stretcher in Parkland Hospital

To Orwell Today,

I'm trying to find the JFK game. I know I'm slow, cause I just heard about it. Is it still available?

- Chris

Greetings Chris,

I assume the game you are referring to is the computer game that came out a year ago on the 41st anniversary of JFK's assassination, about which I wrote the article KILLING JFK FOR FUN.

It seems to be available at JFK RELOADED or JFK RELOADED REVIEW (offers a single-player experience that casts gamers in the role of convicted assassin Lee Harvey Oswald, who, by most accounts, was the sole sniper who shot and killed President John F. Kennedy in Dallas on November 22, 1963)

For your information - in case you aren't a JFK assassination buff - there is no way in reality that Lee Harvey Oswald (or anyone else) shot JFK from the far-right window of the 6th floor of the Texas School Book Depository building. No one has ever even tried to do it. The only re-enactment of the alleged shots was performed with a different gun from a different location on a stationery target by expert marksmen and they failed even then. See WAS OSWALD A POOR SHOT?

It is "only in the movies" or, these days, "only on the computer" that such a feat could be enacted.

All the best,
Jackie Jura

PS - There are hundreds of witnesses to shots being fired from elsewhere that day - including the fatal shot from the Grassy Knoll. Most of them weren't asked to testify for the Warren Commission and many others "met untimely deaths". But a few very important ones survived:

WITNESS JEAN HILL, the lady in the red rain coat who heard "two shots, then a pause, then three or four shots and at least one of them came from behind the fence at the top of the grassy knoll"

WITNESS ED HOFFMAN, the deaf man who saw a man in a suit shooting from behind the picket fence behind the Grassy Knoll

WITNESS MARILYN SITZMAN, the woman (his secretary) standing behind Abraham Zapruder on the marble pedestal while he held the movie camera and rolled the film who saw JFK's head blown to pieces directly in front of her

link sometimes not connecting: OTHER WITNESSES IN DEALEY PLAZA, Rosemary Willis Roach, her sister Linda Willis Pool, and mother Marilyn Willis, Bill and Gayle Newman, Pierce Allman (heard gunshots from buildings and the Grassy Knoll); Bobby Hargis (cop on motorcycle behind Jackie's side of car who got hit with JFK brain matter & ran up the Grassy Knoll) and James Leavelle (detective handcuffed to Oswald when he was shot)

POLICEMEN SMITH & HARKNESS ENCOUNTERED phony Secret Service men with guns in the parking lots behind the Grassy Knoll and behind the Texas School Book Depository building

PPS - When you get bored with playing video games about shooting JFK do your own research into the JFK ASSASSINATION PUZZLE and you'll see DEALEY PLAZA and the so-called "sniper's nest" from a whole new perspective

Reader says there was no winner in the JFK assassination computer simulation game
