27. WAITING FOR BROCHETTES

On the way back to Kigali - our Rwanda Wander now over - Kevin spotted (as usual) the aromatic smoke of a brochette grill and we came to a screeching halt so he could jump out and place the order.

It took awhile for the brochettes (and their accompanying grilled bananas) to cook and we filled the time blowing smoke rings (well, at least one of us did).

Waiting

When the novelty of that wore off we watched the cook in action.

Cook

Grill

As can easily be seen, the wait would be worthwhile.
