To Orwell Today,

With regards to the superstates section on the website... I think we've seen this endless war situation in a different way: the 'war on terror'. It's an excuse to keep the country (I'm from the UK but possibly more so in the US) on a continual war setting, giving a reason for a 'temporary' decrease of civil liberties, allowing leaders to stir patriotism in a war leader way etc. etc. And terrorism is an enemy which is impossible to defeat in a slightly different way to that imagined by Orwell.

Greetings Bod,

In the Ministry of Peace (War) and the Reality Control sections of the website Orwell said: "The war is waged by each ruling group against its own subjects to keep the structure of society intact" and "The rocket bombs which fell daily on London were probably fired by the Government of Oceania itself, 'just to keep people frightened'."

This attack on civil liberties (ie the 'war on terror') is taking place in all three Super-States as Big Brother's Brotherhood (elites behind United Nations) set up tyrannical Systems of Thought toward their goal of a Pyramidal New World Order. See also TERROR BILL IS TERROR

All the best,
Jackie Jura
